Running a busy community centre like Boomerang comes with significant costs. Every day we heat the building, keep the lights on, cook meals, run activities and create a safe, welcoming space where people in our community can come together. With energy prices and running costs continuing to rise, these essential expenses are higher than ever.
Financial donations make a real difference. They help us keep the doors open, the kettle on, and our programmes running for the people who rely on them. Whether it supports our community meals, children’s activities, warm spaces, or simply the day-to-day running of the building, every contribution helps Boomerang continue to be a place where everyone is welcome.

WAYS TO SUPPORT BOOMERANG
Direct Donations
You can make a one-off donation using the PayPal button below, donate via JustGiving, give in person at reception, or by cheque made payable to “Boomerang Community Centre SCIO”. One-off donations help us respond to immediate needs within the centre, from running activities to covering day-to-day costs.
Indirect Donations
You can support Boomerang at no extra cost by using easyfundraising when you shop online.
easyfundraising partners with over 7,000 retailers, and whenever you make a purchase through their site, the retailer makes a small donation to Boomerang. It won’t cost you anything extra, but it can make a real difference to the centre over time.
It’s simple to get started, just sign up, choose Boomerang Community Centre as your cause, and shop as normal.
Monthly Giving
Regular donations help us plan ahead and provide stability for our services. By choosing to give monthly through PayPal or direct debit, you are helping us to continue providing consistent support for the community, including meals, activities and safe spaces throughout the year.

We welcome support from local businesses and organisations who share our commitment to the community. This could include financial donations, sponsorship of activities or events, or longer-term partnerships. If your organisation would like to get involved, we would love to hear from you via email
